These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the hb888 website and all services, features, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by hb888 and is intended for use by adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting as a player).
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your country of residence from participating in online gaming or sports betting.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of hb888 or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had an hb888 account that was closed for a breach of these Terms.

hb888 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending balances being forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to. This email will be used for account communications, password resets, and identity verification.
• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document. Providing a false name is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must choose a secure password of at least 8 characters. hb888 recommends using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your name. This may be used for two-step verification and withdrawal confirmation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Deposits

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may not initiate withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's availability.
• hb888 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for mobile money methods and within 1–24 hours for bank transfers. Delays may occur during system maintenance or peak periods.

hb888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of enhanced due diligence checks where a transaction is flagged for compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with guidance on the steps required to release the withdrawal.

hb888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices will be treated as abuse.
• hb888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in to a promotion and met the qualifying conditions will not be retroactively disadvantaged.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first unless your account settings specify otherwise. Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds unless the promotion states otherwise.

Strategies that are determined by hb888 to constitute abuse — including but not limited to: betting on all outcomes of a single event, using bot-assisted play, or structured wagering designed to meet rollover requirements while minimising risk — may result in bonuses being voided and accounts being suspended.

All games available on the hb888 Platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all games on the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including hb888.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any affected round will be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. hb888 is not liable for losses caused by third-party game provider outages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
2. Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
3. Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, including sharing cards or game state information in live games.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited bug will be voided regardless of whether the player reported the bug.
6. Threatening, harassing, or abusing hb888 staff or other players through the Platform's communication channels, including live chat and support ticketing systems.

hb888 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime will be frozen immediately pending investigation, and all relevant records will be disclosed to authorities upon lawful request.

hb888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account integrity rules, or prohibited conduct.

• Suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the hb888 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, and game assets displayed through the Platform — is the intellectual property of hb888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hb888. Scraping, automated collection, or systematic downloading of Platform content is prohibited. Unauthorised use of the hb888 trademark, brand name, or domain name is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hb888 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party game provider outages beyond hb888's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances outside hb888's direct control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if hb888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits hb888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hb888's gross negligence. Where applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh impose mandatory liability that cannot be excluded, those provisions shall apply to the extent required by law.

hb888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform and forms part of the overall agreement between you and hb888. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hb888 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

hb888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hb888 will notify registered players via the email address on file and will publish a revised version of the Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date. Minor corrections (such as typographical fixes or formatting changes that do not affect the substance of any clause) may be made without specific notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
